Description
GHL Connect allows you to monitor and configure your ProfiLux 3, ProfiLux 4, Mitras LX 7, Doser 2 or Doser Maxi with your smartphone or tablet in a very easy and comfortable manner.
Connect directly with your GHL-device; it does not need external ressources or an internet connection if used locally.
On the way, you also have the opportunity to connect with myGHL in GHL Connect to access your GHL device via the Internet.
GHL connect helps you to check current states, alarms and activities and allows you to edit most settings and to start special actions like manual dosing, water change, thunderstorms and much more.
When you connect GHL Connect to a myGHL account, you also have the possibility to share your settings and the customizable dashboard across all GHL Connect platforms with CloudStorage and the possibility to view sensor charts over a long period of time.

Ratings and Reviews
Broken. Again.
After literal years of constant connection issues with iOS, they finally find some semblance of stability, then, only a few months later, the app completely fails to work after the release of iOS 17. I’m five figures deep into the GHL ecosystem and will be seriously considering a move to Apex if this isn’t fixed *very* quickly.

Worlds worst app
I have 3 KH directors & this app on iPhone will no longer let me log in, it just hangs.
I have to use safari & go back and forth.
The equipment is second to none & for a company that’s suppose to pride themselves on electronics, they’ve totally missed the main part... customer interface.
If you go out of range on the KH director, the app won’t tell you, unless you log on (if you can).
Please GHL please employ a customer Experience manager and sort out the app.
Hard to be more generous!
The App usually works (in a clunky Germanic way) but far too often it won’t connect without rebooting your mobile device and sometimes rebooting the GHL equipment too.
There’s no way to switch between GHL devices within the App, so you can look at one light or doser, but you have to close the App and reopen it to see what another light or something else is doing - there’s no logic to that just cr@p software design.
The speed of updating ‘Cloud’ data is ‘variable’, so sometimes a chart can only display data up to two hours ago, other times it could be less than 30 minutes delay.
The GHL team are clearly struggling with Apple OS updates, all too often an update leaves features hanging (the chart and logbook functions are currently broken due to iOS 14 being introduced), or screens not drawing properly. They’ll sort it out, but in a week (probably).
So, if you’ve got GHL kit you don’t have any choice, but be prepared to be underwhelmed.
To paraphrase Star Trek - it works, but not how we know it.
