What happened to the referral bonus ? Is it not valid again ?
The App is too low standard
While the app is too easy to use, I gave it a 1 because it could be better. Here is what I think the app developer should change.
1. If I am booking a trip for someone else, a provision should be made for that and not me having to edit my profile everytime to change the names. It should just put Name of passenger and not automatically put my name there.
2. No booking history for recently booked and unused trips. It only shows the trips already used. I always have to wait for emails and sms that are usually slow due to network. I recommend downloading thetrainline app and learning from it.
Sincerely, the only benefit of the app is the discount. There is no much difference between the app and the website.

For point 1 above, if you look at it from the point of booking your own ticket, it saves you time of entering your name again, however we will in-cooperating your feedback in the next version of the App.
For point 2, we currently have history for recently booked, used, and unused trips as long as the booking was successful, if your booking is pending then and only then will it not be in the history. However we will in-cooperate this feedback in the next version of the app. Thank you for making GIGM your number 1 choice. Your patronage is appreciated.
