Terrible app terrible company terrible service .
Their internet is the worst possible , their service is slow very slow . Regarding the internet they use 2gb for up to 3 people in the house and the 5G does not work although they won’t tell you that . Their internet it’s only to check emails nothing else. The meter exchanging took about 3 months .
The app isn't too bad - it allows you to see usage, bills, payments, and most of the details about your house, although it is annoying that you cannot see the amount that your housemates owe on the app and have to login to the webpage.
One things that needs to be improved is the crashing. The app crashes frequently, usually when clicking on the water tab in the usage; for some reason that seems to make the app freak out and crash. Let's get the bugs sorted guys, it's causing you problems.
Bugs need fixing
This app would be really useful for checking usage and bills, if not for the fact that it crashes frequently - especially when you try to click the water tab on bills, this causes the app to crash every time.
