Great game, but a major issue

I love playing this game, the strategy is interesting and building up your civilisation is fun and rewarding. However, after a certain point in a game it will suddenly crash, and even though I play single player, there is no option to save my game, or when this crash occurs, I cannot continue my last game either. This is very unfortunate because it means I never actually get to finish a game. Would love to see it fixed to continue playing!

Really good game but I wished multiplayer worked

Fun game love the simplicity of it but also not too dumbed down would love to have land units like artillery n tanks to invade other cities and maybe some other mechanics to stop you just rushing the capital’s constantly maybe you have to damage other cities first or something and maybe a nuclear triad

In regards to multiplayer not queuing, this is because players are matched with only users from the same geographic region, in addition to many players currently choosing to just play solo games. We'll work on adding some incentives to play multiplayer games soon!

Crashes after about a few seconds in game

The game might be good, if you could actually play it. For me (and yes my device is compatible so it isn’t that) the game crashes after roughly 10 seconds in the actual game sessions, it might be my old iPad but it says it’s compatible and i have the most recent IOS update so your welcome to try yourself and see if it works. I think the 1 5 star rating was just so someone could get some money in game because it offers you 100 gold if you leave a 5 star review

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve been experiencing issues with the game crashing after a short period of time. We test the game thoroughly before each release and did not find this problem, so we believe this may be related to your device. One possibility is that your device is compatible and fully updated, but may not have enough memory to run the game, so it is being automatically terminated by iOS. Sadly, we cannot test the game on every variation of every iOS device before each release, so device-related bugs can be difficult to track down..

We’d like to investigate this further and try to resolve the issue for you. If you’d like, feel free to leave us more detailed information about your device and its hardware in the ‘Settings’ menu in-game, under ‘Report An Issue’. We receive information about crashes as they occur and usually fix them in the next update (typically once a week).

Regarding the ratings, this practice would be a violation of Apple’s App Store guidelines, and Apple reviews the app for compliance before each update. We welcome critical reviews, which help improve our game! Additionally, we cannot see what review users leave, as Apple’s App Store policies prohibit us from accessing user reviews.
