Some other people are saying writing reviews on this app that there is some glitches and freezes in the game. Every time I see my little sister playing this it does eventually freeze or glitch and kick her off the game. I haven’t saw her playing in a while probably because of this glitch. Back when I was playing this more I noticed the glitches and started playing get creative a bit more.

But without the glitches this is an amazing game and I recommend getting it. This app is for kids to play, watch, and learn and discover more about life and some rules and things you shouldn’t do. I would love this app to make a mini game for kids 5 or 6+ and they can play with friends and family.

This app used to be great with my older two, but when I got this app for my 2 year old, it wasn’t that great! When playing the individual games, the game just freezes. The sound stops and sure enough my sound is on. This keeps happening and I always have to delete the game and reload it as my 2 year old loves it! A few glitches here and there, but as for a company as big as you that shouldn’t be happening. As a mother of 4, this is quite hard as all my kids love the CBBC/CBeebies games, and I don’t know if I am doing something wrong.

There was no glitches or anything but now I can not possibly say this. The glitches haven’t gotten any better either have the freezes. My ex husband pays child support but I have full care of our kids so I am always busy around the house and I need things to occupy my kids. I love games like these and I hope you can do something about the problem!

Like a lot of reviewers we have similar sound issues. If the app had previously been opened there’s no sound at all. You have to manually close the app (by swiping up) to get any sound. not a major issue unless you’ve got a frustrated toddler who doesnt understand why it isn’t working but recently even this little trick has stopped. I’ve reinstalled the app and you get sound in the intro but nothing after. My daughter loves the biggleton and bing games but loses interest without the sound.
Please fix the sound issues and this would be a 5* review

Like others we have the same sound issues (there is no sound at all) despite following the guide that was sent via email. My little one doesn’t seem bothered by a lack of sound, but it does make it harder to understand at points. The new update has also removed the moveable numberblocks from the game, so it’s now unplayable as you need to be able to see and move them to play the numberblocks game, which is my sons favourite. It has also affected games like the furchester hotel game, where certain mini games have a frozen background alongside a moving background, giving a weird double vision effect.

My littlest loves this app and I let him use my iPhone to journey around the world. The addition of a mindfulness garden seemed great. It opens begins to load and then the bottom quarter of the screen goes black/blank and the app freezes. You just can’t get beyond it - so I have to switch off the phone and switch it on again and hope that he doesn’t try going into that section of the app. Not easy with a three year old! Am I the only one having this problem. I’m on a year old XR and my OS is up to date. Lovely app apart from that and the pooing monkey!!!

You’d think the app would be ready to go when downloaded but you actually have to sit there and download each individual game inside the app. This takes too long for those of us only using mobile data because wifi is an unnecessary cost at the moment. I have enough data a month to live without wifi but these games don’t work well if at all without it apparently. I tried to download all the games inside the app for most of them to fail, I also had to delete and re download most of the cbeebies apps because they crashed before they even opened. One very frustrated 3 year old that’s seen all the apps on tv and wanting to play them but they don’t work very well.

When a game is downloaded, this should then be playable offline. Please could you ensure the device has enough memory to store these games.

I would like to see if this app is any good but the sound quality is awful. Andy sounds like a Dalek. This and all the other apps I’ve tried from CBeebies aren’t aimed at young ones definitely 5 years +. Without sound I find it incredibly difficult to work out what you are supposed to do. So I can’t really explain it to my kids either who are 2 and 4. But we still have the playtime app which my kids love to use especially the alphablocks game! I’ll be sad to see it go. Anyone have any recommendations for other apps for little people?

My daughter would love to enjoy this app, however the sound seems to disappear when she clicks on all the different sections to play. I have checked the sound on the pad many times and was really hoping that this problem would be fixed as soon as possible. As the sound starts at the beginning, I have come to the conclusion that there is a bug in the software, like one of the other CBeebies app that just closes down.
Looking forward to seeing my daughter enjoy when fixed.

On my iPhone 11 Pro Max (iOS 13.3.1) we get sound in the intro and then none whatsoever after that. It used to work but something changed a couple of weeks ago that I can't figure out. I made sure the volume is up and the ringer switch is set to loud but no luck. I also tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail. Such a shame because my toddler is always asking to play with Duggie on my phone. To be fair he actually doesn't seem to mind the lack of sound most of the time.

My kidlet loves the game and I would give it 5 stars but for one thing. The audio is awful. When I first downloaded it the game was fine however I don’t know if there was an update but the sound quality is appalling. I tried deleting and redownloading the game and it worked briefly however the kidlet just tried to play it again and it’s gone back to how it was before. Hopefully you can help resolve this.
