The striking resemblance to OneButton FTP by Aaron Jacobs is no coincidence…download the source code from SorurceForge, compile it and sell it as your own work on the App Store. By allowing this on the store, Apple is sending the message that it's just fine and dandy to sell someone elses work as your own.
Way to go Apple… NOT!
As far as the “developer” he should be banned from the store in my opinion.
