Good, but could do with additions.

I think the functionality of the app is generally satisfactory, BUT I also think it could definitely do with important additions: calling stations, and the final destination of the train, so I could immediately find it on departure boards.

It’s a bit silly having to check on National Rail every time to see which train I’ll be getting on. Moreover, for international journeys, the National Rail website won’t be able to give me that information. Please fix!

Communication

Everybody’s blaming Covid for failures, this is not the case. Your company is one of them. I have booked several times and I have also wanted to change , amend and on occasions increase my customer base with you. You have failed to answer, return emails, any sort of communication to you . This has lost you a paying customer and so I will go back to LNER for my services required. You cannot complain about anything to anybody this is your own doing because of the lack of customer service , unprofessional service and dam right ignorant attitude. I won’t wish you good luck because on my last trip you cost me money . You did fail to answeymy request so I say hell mend you and your business. Get what you deserve ,,,? Failure 😂😂😂

Don’t bother

Tried to book a return trip for a day for me and my family. I made the mistake of booking the wrong date for the return journey. Tried to change it but you can’t. I was told I would need to repurchase the tickets and then submit a refund claim for the 3 tickets and there would be a charge of £10 per ticket/leg. So it will cost me £30 before I even consider rebooking. No thank you. I will just take my business else where. I will now use the tickets for the outward bound journey and have to purchase new tickets for the return leg. So my day out has been quite costly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
