Paperless Field Operations

Our company started using GoFormz in 2014 and very quickly managed to meet all our field based requirements for form filling and data capture by using GoFormz. This gave us a level of data quality, audit-ability, real-time visibility and automated workflow that we could never have achieved using paper. We were able to achieve this not just with our company forms/processes but also with all our client forms - using a PDF copy of any form we can simply automate within GoFormz within hours with minimal IT expertise. Over the years, we have been fully supported by our relationship manager Trenton and the rest of the team at GoFormz with speedy responses to any “how to” issues and even requests for product enhancements. Looking back , I can’t imagine how we managed all the complexity of paper before GoFormz.

An excellent form solution

I initially looked at form solutions in 2015, and quickly settled on goformz as the best solution. My work changed so it was put to one side, and when I needed a form based solution this year I turned to goformz. I’ve looked at alternatives but none are as good a match as goformz. The configuration of forms is easy, and the application in the field is excellent. Everything that I’ve asked for Trenton and Alexis have delivered, with a pleasant and helpful manner. I don’t think I’ve scraped the surface of the possibilities - and the support will ensure that goformz continues to meet my needs.

Great app for my business Reports

I have been using goformz for over a year now and would not be without it for writing and sending business reports to my customers.

It’s easy to use and flexible for integrating your own business logo’s etc for a personalised yet professional report.

Due to me constantly working in the field, The fact I can write reports on my phone and this app has signature capture was a major selling point for me. I can then send the signed report by email and we both have a copy. Perfect for me and my customers.

And although I’m on the other side of the world to their office, they are very responsive to any questions or queries I may have.

Would highly recommend!!
