Upgrade needed
I enjoy the game but there is an issue with trying to get the other white fox in the zoo keeps going back to the beginning. Also there are no clues to what to do next. I have tried to get in touch with help team but they do not reply. I will keep playing the game but hopefully this problem will be solved with a over due upgrade

Frustrating
I enjoyed the game at first.... for like 2 days. I think it takes to long for a lot of the products to finish, maybe a few more items that take 1 min, 3 mins, 5 mins and so on would be an idea? Also there should be more ways to collect the items needed to expand the land.....? I only get time to play in the evening so never have long enough for products to finish to be able to load the train etc.
The main issue is that every time I try to load the island where you use your energy etc... the game shuts down on me.... Whenever I try to load the special event..... the game shuts down!!!!!
I’m going to persevere with it for another 48 hours. If it still won’t load I’m deleting. Which is a shame as I do tend to end up spending real money on games I really enjoy.

Good game but not for those who progress
This is/was a brilliant game. The best farming one I have found. However unfortunately if you progress and do well the developers move the goal posts so that those who are beginning can compete. Therefore whatever you do do not spend any real money to try to achieve something that they will later render irrelevant. They won’t give you your money back nor answer your emails. It’s such a shame because those who have been playing for years are the best advertisement for the game. It can’t be that hard to improve the game for beginners without harming the loyal players.
