Purchased this app a couple of years ago on my iPad. Now have a iPhone and it wants to charge me again to download on this device. I have downloaded other apps from iPad to iPhone without charge. I feel this is a bit of a con by this app developer!

All iPhone apps work on the iPad (as does mine) but the iPad app is actually a different app so that it makes use of the extra space. Other people have contacted me and I have happily given them a promo code.I promise you it is to improve the exerience on the iPad and not to con anyone out of an extra £5. If you want to get in touch then I will see what I can do. You must have liked the app though?

Must-have app for any golfer
I'm usually pretty skeptical when it comes to golf instruction apps, as they usually try to get you to swing in a way that comes straight out of the PGA coaching manual, and eliminating any individual characteristics or quirks that a golfer might have.
The beauty of this app is that it doesn't try and make you swing like a clone of everyone else. Each part of the swing is treated as a separate entity, from the basic fundamentals such as the correct grip, to drills to ensure that the club face is delivered square at impact. I believe the purpose of this app is not to teach you to play golf, but to "tweak" the swing you already have. Having watched every video, I know that there are some parts that I already do, so I don't really need to work on those areas, but there are some great drills and little gems within the videos that have REALLY helped me, even after only watching them once.
Neil presents the videos really well, and explains each aspect of the swing in a really easy to understand manner. I emailed him to ask about subsequent app releases and also wanted his thoughts on the mental aspect of the game, and he came back to me with a very thoughtful and helpful response.
I really can't recommend this app and the power app highly enough. Best 2x £4.99 I have ever spent. 10/10
Everyday Golf Coach
I was recommended this app by a friend and fellow player. I've looked at a few golf apps and can honestly say this is the best I've come across. Clear, concise and logical, it flows well and Noel uses straightforward language that's readily understandable, backed up by video examples and exercises that you can use on the practice range to improve your technique. Each area of the game is covered sequentially in bite sized chunks giving the viewer the option of following the whole thing through step by step or dipping in and out, focusing on a particular area such as chipping. It is remarkably good value and I'm already seeing improvements in my game as well as my confidence levels. Highly recommended.
