This app seemed to be a good way of working towards changing thinking patterns so I decided to pay for the full version. However, I do find the instructions poor. For example I am unable to find any information about the skulls are for and what to do with them.
This morning I started the game to find that there was no text in the blocks!
Needs sorting out.
I like the "pull good towards yourself - push bad away" philosophy. However, some thoughts have nothing to do with self-esteem, e.g. being 'dogmatic'.
Otherwise, it is also more of a case of being a quick reader rather than "instinctively" pushing or pulling thoughts. Perhaps different games might make the app more worthwhile. Doing the same thing every day can discourage someone who is already demotivated.
