Pros: • fairly intuitive. • more colours available than Apple stock calendar• themed events stand out such as meals, doctors appointments, phone calls etc with respective art work (my adhd brain loves such distinction)• I love the various viewing options including "schedule"• integration of tasks and reminders as separate to events• just the overall structure is the best in overall feel and interface compared to other apps, I find it the most suitable for my neurodivergent brainCons: • home screen app icon should really display current date not default 31• wish there was an option to have all colours available within events, not just when choosing default event, same for tasks and reminders. Overall more customisation freedom basically would be great. Also more neutral colour options such as white, grey and/or black. Neurodivergents like me will know what I mean. • wish there was an option to hide completed tasks automatically rather than just crossing them out. My brain doesn't feel tasks are "done" if I can still see them and it bugs me• wish there were more options to drag and drop say all day events into the day for a specific time rather than having to manually open the even and change it from within. In general drag and drop could be smoother also from day to day. Overall my fav calendar app I keep coming back to since others don't have the features I like even if they might have one that this app doesn't have, just really wish the above would he implemented and it would be the perfect cal app for me.
Autistic dream
Ferris_like_the_wheel
I’m autistic and thrive on structure and routine. Since Iv down loaded this app it’s completely transformed my life1. Iv colour coordinated it such as green is work, red is seeing friend etc now when I look at I know exactly what I’m doing and which day just by the colour2. I can ask the app to look for a free time during the week to do things like cleaning, exercises etc and it will schedule it in for me 3. I like how when u put the location of where ur going etc it has a picture sometimes of the place ( such as a picture of my hair dressers shop) 4. The feature of syncing with my partner means we can see what each other is doing and plan things to do on our days off or free time5. I love how it works on all my gadget from my Apple Watch , phone, I pad etc 6. I use the Leeds bin app and I’m able to say add to calendar on that app and it automatically adds the dates to google calander 7. When adding things to do you can customise it so you can say re-occur every week on a Monday or re-occur once a year for example birthdays/Anniversariesor even re-occur two times a week for three monthsI actually prefer this over all the other Callander apps out there, Iv even recommended it to work colleagues and Service users when they have seen my Callander 10/10 for easy to use, visually appealing, being able to use and lots of different technology, being able to sync calendars with other people. My list is endless I 100% recommend this to anyone that wants more efficiency in their life!
Loving the calendar so far!

It is a nice improvement over the Apple one which I used less. This one puts in data without me having to do anything which means I can rely on it more. There are just two things I have come across that it seems to be lacking which I would like implemented. The first is that I would love if you showed the day and the date on the icon. Now I glance at my phone and all I see is 31 which is wrong and to be honest it bothers me. The other thing is something I really hope you will implement but I don’t have high hopes. You currently search my gmail for receipts/data etc to add into calendar but I have another email account (through another provider) I would like to be included in your searches. Any way this could be done? I realise you might not want to do this as it’s not gmail but you could lay the ground rule that the main email account must be gmail for it to work.
Great Replacement but not perfect

I’ve recently come over to everything google after upgrading to Google Home and love this calendar app as a replacement to my loved Apple stock one. Issues and why it’s only getting 3 stars, the app on home screen should and this I believe should be a minimum, display the current date and not just a ‘31’ as that’s just pointless!! Secondly I’ve also setup a t family calendar as we had on the iPhone stock one and although I like the app my wife doesn’t so I’ve setup the google onto her stock Apple app but it takes ages to update if I add something in to the diary it seems to take a good 10/15 mins to hit hers! Not the end of the world but annoying when the Apple one is instant. I also get notifications when we add stuff on the stock app and we don’t with the google setup which I think should be in the next upgrade. As I say I like the app and like the google eco system but needs a lot more attention to be awarded a 5 rating.
• Bug fixes and performance improvements.
