Lala4roo
It only uses eye detection so no good for me. It means you can't add silly eyes to an inanimate object because if the camera doesn't detect eyes already in the photo it won't let you use it.

Crashes after choosing either camera or photo library.Looks like the developers forgot to prompt the permissions request for latest iOS and iPhone XSSloppy coding.If I could give 0 stars I would.Must do better.
