Duble order
The application should provide the option for you to make just one order when it falls into a double order, sometimes one is close to the other and the other is too far away, there could be the option for you to reject just one.
Lacking
App needs to be manually refreshed to receive orders, app should refresh itself, also if the drop off stage could be made automatic when the driver is in vicinity of customer that would be great, also the app logs me out automatically for no reason sometimes even 2-3 times a day, also we can’t review customers (would help with fraud prevention and rude customers) ALSO the orders should be received instantly by the drivers I don’t understand why we receive them when they’re done packing them, riders need time to prepare so this would save some time, also the Askoll mopeds should definitely be replaced by the SuperSoco CPX that Getir have, Askoll ones are not very comfortable to be driven all day long nor safe they have inefficient brakes, small seat, no safety braking systems like ABS/CBS etc
No sound notifications when screen is locked
I am using app in uk and noticed when my screen is locked i wont get sound notifications, so i missed some of the jobs. Only get sound notifications when i have app opened and i have to keep pressing it while driving because screen goes to lock screen after few seconds. It would be great to fix this to get sound notifications also when on lock screen
