Horrendous app, almost never works properly
Had a Club Lloyds account for years now and the previous app was always quite poor but since they created a separate app for Club Lloyds, it's never worked at all for me.
I can sign in ok but I can never check out - the screen just hangs and they goes blank. Had the same issue with 3 different handsets, it's a complete joke that there's no browser based option for this either.
Feels like it's designed to not give you the discount. What a dreadful service this is to use in general, would never pay for this if it wasn't free.
Impossible
I’ve got the offer through my bank account, one year free. I downloaded the app, tried to create an account, I’m 100% sure everything is right but when I try to log in it keep saying that my password doesn’t match the email address. I then requested a password reset and got the message that I was going to get a reset link by email. Tried several times but no email. And none in my spam folder either. I’m giving up on this one. What’s the point on giving freebie’s if they don’t work. Impossible app to work with.
Good app
Good discounts, makes going to cinema easier, good application user interface, could use some work though, and not to mention its wonderful getting discounts on virgin experiences. Not sure why the reviews are so low. My only issue is the fact that you can only contact customer service by email on working days. I feel like they should be more accessible

This app is actually garbage, been paying 3£ a month just for the one time I want to use it, the purchase button not working on any of my platforms
