When you use the native Apple Watch app to record your workouts there’s no easy way to export that data.
This app aims to fill that gap, reading from HealthKit, fetching running and cycling workouts and converting them into handy GPX files.
Optionally you can also upload GPX files to Strava or share them with your favourite app.
Additionally, if iCloud Drive is enabled on your device, GPX files are synced automatically in a folder called "Run". You can easily browse them with the Finder app on your Mac or with the Files app on iOS.
This is a one man band project: comments and suggestions are welcomed. I'll do my best to answer and give support!

A Great App!!!
After a run it automatically uploads your run from your Apple Watch straight to Strava!
It includes all GPS tracking, pace, heart rate, etc
(One thing I would love to see added is syncing other activities like boxing, yoga to strava... but can’t complain!)
Simply doesn’t work
App doesn’t even request Health permissions to access your data. Useless.
Developer Response ,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having troubles using the app.
The HealthKit authorisation request should be presented as soon as you press the plus button the first time. If you then grant access to workouts data, all your running and cycling workouts should be visible and you can import them.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
