This app helps my elderly parents

Had a great experience using this in Thailand and has great functionality. I think Uber tried to copy it actually by merging the taxis, food and other services into one app but Grab really is excellent and easy to use.

Often getting a great price compared to the tourist rates you’d normally expect from traditional taxi flagging which helped me in so many ways. I really appreciate the accessibility and countless services round the clock available to me. Makes travel even more fun :) bikes are my favourite option.

Being using the app for 8 months

Feedback on drivers: Most of the grab drivers are lovely and just doing their best to feed their families!

Sadly I have had a few occasions where drivers have partially eaten or stolen my food but it’s overall it’s quite positive.

Feedback on App: the app is a load of crap, I have spent £££ buying through the app and I have “0”points.. that not even being my issue with the app. My issue is the random hit or miss for when it actually lets me order! For some strange reason it does not let me order more than a certain amount of times in a day. Surely you want to encourage your customers to use your services not penalize them for ordering a few times a day. I would just like to add, I do not misuse the app, i mostly always tips and take the time to leave star ratings etc. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP!!!!!!!!!!
