Does what it says. Press and hold, then drag and drop the stickers onto the messages to put them over other people's messages. Gonna wind up a few friends with this.

I had the same issue. You need to go into a message and tap the "app" button. You select the list of apps it says you have available and then enable them -
grammar snob will be on the list if you have installed it. You won't see it till then. Haven't really used it as yet but I didn't want to give less than 5 stars as that seemed unfair. I'll use it for a bit then come back and review the use of it.
What it doesn't tell you!
After a few minutes I managed to make it work. In iOS 10 you need to click on the arrow to the left of the text box and apps. Scroll across until you see the grammar snob app. The you can click and drag the corrections onto the text message.
