Grand Summoners 9+

Overall I enjoy this game very much from the mechanics to the strategy and farming aspects which keep me playing for a long time however there is a which I would like to address and seen fixed in the future if possible. I’ll like to point out how I’m losing units. During a summon sometimes my device crashes, to me this isn’t really a problem since the app rarely crashes but when it happens during a summon the crystals I used are gone as well as the units which I should have summoned. This is a big predicament as I have lost many potential units and crystals to this event taking place.

Please if at all possible assure that if a device does crash during summoning that the units are still obtained or the crystals remain in their possession so time used to farm crystals doesn’t go to waste.

I would like to see an Atelier series collab of sorts, like an Atelier Ryza Anime collab, with Ryza herself, Klaudia, Lent, and Tao added in, as they’ve all been playable in the entire Atelier Ryza Trilogy, and Ryza herself is very popular! An alternative idea would be an Atelier Mysterious Trilogy collab, since Sophie is extremely popular, too! Part 1 of the collab could add in Sophie, and Plachta, who’s voiced by the very famous Yuka Iguchi, and Firis, who’s voiced by the already famous Kaede Hondo, who already voices Awoken Angelas in-game, and lastly, Liane, who’s voiced by Azuza Sato, who unfortunately doesn’t get cast in the role very often. The four I listed are the first four major heroines of the Mysterious Trilogy, while Part 2 of the collab could add in other important characters from the Mysterious Trilogy, like Ilmeria Von Leinweber, Lydie, Suelle, and obviously the already popular Ramizel from Atelier Sophie 2, who’s even voiced by Rie Takahashi, who already voices Emilia, yet again, in-game! Please consider these ideas, as I’d like to have a hand in making the Atelier series a lot more popular through collab ideas and suggestions!

I’ve been playing for half a year and have enjoyed playing the game in my spare time, I love the campaign, pixel sized characters and the occasional raid and boss dungeons. Especially when there is a cross over event with characters I can recognise but the only thing that’s putting me down is the low drop rates for the event characters, it’s too low meaning lots of players are spending all of their crystals and not getting anything for it. This also applies to the tickets you can get specifically meant for that event their too low as well. Now I get it it’s meant to be a gacha game and I don’t mind that it’s when you make banners only usable with real life currency and still not get anything for it, it somewhat discourages the player. A thing to fix this would be increase the drop rates to a more promising point or the MORE you summon the higher the chances you’ll get a NEW unit event or not.
