Description

"Greasing the groove" is a training technique where you perform an exercise frequently, but without going to failure. Instead the focus is on proper form, increasing neurological pathways and quite simply, getting better at that exercise. Think lots and lots of sets, but low reps.

Once the groove is greased, it can lead to better results in your heavy weightlifting.

This simple app was designed to help you keep track of all those reps you'll be doing. Every time you knock out another set, quickly add it to your daily total.

And if you are trying to grease the groove for several different exercises at a time, the app can keep track of reps for each one.

And if you want to see your progression over time, there's pretty charts for that.

That's it. Simple. Easy.

Hasn’t been tested properly

Having same problem as other reviewers. I’m using an iPhone XR and there are no UI controls visible which makes the app useless.

Simple but could do with some fixes

Easy to use to be honest, counts reps and you can track progress. Does what you need it too. Found out I had to click and hold on new exercises for a bit to type in the name of the exercise.
