Good in theory... needs to work!
This app is a great idea and the implemented tools seem like a great way to interact with your customers and help them understand their usage. But...
Nothing works! I submitted 4 readings and only 1 got picked up, there is no history of readings nor usage graph for gas (only electricity for which I am with another provider) and I cannot see my invoices.
PLEASE! Get it to work. It’s a great concept and I feel like this could be a life changer for me. But for that to happen, it needs to be functional!
Network Error - resolved
Original: Just set up my new account using the web. All OK. So I downloaded the app, entered my login details and get the “network error” message. Other people reported this a month ago and yet there is still no developer feedback on the App Store never mind a fix. What a shambles. You guys are embarrassing.
Update: Two weeks later once I had submitted my opening readings via Safari and supply had commenced the app stopped showing a network error and became fully functional.
App from the dark ages
This app is very basic and it is of no use if you, like me, want to monitor your usage. There are no graphics to show historical or predicted usage as seen on apps from nearly all other suppliers. There is simply a page with estimated annual usage in kWh and total usage to date in cu ft !! To make matters worse readings submitted have been ‘lost’ in the system. It is now 30 days since submitting my last gas reading and it is not displayed in the app or on the web site.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
