If you’re someone who has a passion or expertise in any area of life (e.g. cooking, gardening, religion, property) but you don’t usually see or hear people like you in media roles -then this app is for you.

The Gritty Talent app has been designed by factual TV professionals who believe that diversity in the UK media industry should be a given. We want the TV you watch, or audio you listen to, to reflect all the experiences, voices and perspectives of UK audiences. We’re leading this change by creating a central point where talent can be matched and connected to decision-makers in TV and media.
