Keep having account suspended.
I keep having my account suspended and I don’t know why. The email they give the customer support never works.

Useless
I was temporarily suspended from the app on ferzu for an age verification request, submitted the requested information, the support service was slow to respond, then after 5 days of waiting I get permanently banned and my IP blacklisted the entire platform, the only reason given was I had supposedly ‘Violated terms of service’, when I enquired what rules I had broken I was met with a response from the support service that explained NOTHING but that they would no longer respond to any enquiry’s from my email. The problem with this app is it says it has a strike system in place for breaking the rules but just doesn’t follow that system.

Hi there, each of our violations carry different penalties and we're constantly working to evolve our policies and procedures for the safety of all our users. While there are strike systems in place for several types of violations, there are several violation types such as intolerance, harassment, or false portrayal where these strike systems may not be appropriate due to either the age of the profile itself or the severity of the infraction. We're sorry you couldn't find your place on Ferzu within our community conduct policies that are designed to protect our members but wish you the best of luck elsewhere and in your future, wherever that may be.
Almost perfect
Love it but only two downsides one is the notifications don’t work right and secondly when messaging someone I can’t see what I’m typing when typing I have to stop typing make the keyboard go down to see what I’ve been typing if you could fix these two things it be perfect in my eyes
