Groupon service has been excellent I haven’t put too many orders in yet but do intend to use. So far no problems. It is quick and efficient . Since writing this I have had a few other orders and service is brilliant. I buy for other people sometimes I buy six or seven of same thing then let my family see them and they want whatever I must say I make no profit out of it but my friends they also like what I’ve bought so they ask me if I could order for them. So yes I have had nothing but great service thank you so much. Groupon I have bought quite a bit more since the service is wonderful.I have ordered quite a lot of the same thing as I tell my freinds how good the things have been and I tell them the price you sell them at and they then ask me too order them for them. Most things come within the week the service is wonderful .Only thing I didn’t like was the watch it was complete rubbish and without instructions it really was cheap rubbish no wonder they sold them for £5.99 I think instead of £29:99. The only place it was fit for was the bucket. Apart from that and you can see I have bought guide a lot the service is wonderful.

Very pleased with everything I have bought mainly very good quality I have no problems but sometimes it’s difficult to return goods but it’s getting easier its probably me getting it right. Just received lovely pair of slippers for myself and reordered another pair for my daughter in law for Xmas well pleased I think I have bought more lately with lockdown but 90% has been very good quality & well liked ALL. GOOD. With even more lockdown. Thank goodness for groupon I did buy a tablecloth that three of our great grandchildren did enjoy colouring it in it did look nice did buy lots of xmas presents for all ages & no complaints so far once you have put an order in it allways arrived well packed and quickly perfect thank you very much for your goods it I’m going to try some plants for the garden everything I have had so far has been great so watch this space 🐝🐌🐛🐿🐿🐿🐝🐝🦍🐇🕊🎄no problems at all I have probably used groupon more during lockdown allways lots of choice goods come quickly 100% quality perfect 👌all good no problems

New to Groupon ordered 4 things no problem quick delivery came when said. 5th which was least value money wise. Didn’t turn up. Said delivered 29th which was my bin day. Email after email sent generally no reply. So finally found a phone number. Called said delivered disputed this told to call yodel who said delivered to neighbours checked and nobody had it. Called Groupon and it’s not there responsibility to chase parcels?? So called yodel and after 3/4 times of going backwards and forwards both saying contact the other I’d finally he’d enough so I said I was contacting the police as it’s now been escalated to theft. Low and behold it had a signature fabulous now it’s fraud as well as theft. Great show me it as it’s 100% not me. Err we can’t. Why not. Your not the sender. Again Groupon was called 3 times before I got anyone that had a clue and the signature was blank? So after days of emails and calls £7.56 cost to me to prove I was telling the truth. Got put in touch with a lady who after hearing my story and gave me a credit (note not the cash that I had paid to them) to reorder and would keep a eye on it which to be fair she did came within the time frame and insisted on a signature. Shame customer service doesn’t match the fabulous prices will be very careful what I order on future. Nothing more than I can afford to loose.
