Issues again and not just me
This has always been one of the more cost effective sites. Basic but worked. But twice in the last month, I have lost all records of chats. Up to recently i had saved or not deleted everything since joining many years ago, now all gone! A few weeks later its just happened again, ironically I’d had a notification just prior to opening the app so knew who had messaged. Upon messaging them the same had happened to them!!! Absolutely fortunate I had been saving as friends. Which ironically the friends list is up the creek too. Should go in distance closest first, hmmm the friends in Australia are showing first, then the closest ones in the UK something is seriously wrong right now.
Suspension for no reason
Was an avid user of the app and also subscribed for the membership on a monthly basis (most expensive one £8.49/m). I was using the app on my holiday on a cruise ship in the Greek Isles. One day out of the sudden I tried logging in( which is unusual as I’m always logged in). Put all my details in to find out I’ve got suspended. So I sent a ticket to their support email to explain what happened. Turns out they permanently banned me for “breach of Terms of service”. I barely used it on the day I got banned and tried to explain that to the support team, however they just automated an answer back to me saying I’m permanently suspended and I won’t get unbanned. I would avoid the app. Happy to take your subscription money and terminate your account with no justification. I would accept it if I had done something wrong but barely used the app in the last week so the suspension is a farce. I would avoid at any cost. 4 years of 8.49/month just to have me account perma banned for no reason.
Great social. Bad admin response/Banned for no reasons
The social aspect and getting to know people on this app is amazing and really enjoy the streaming aspect of it.
However the bots they use are overly strict and ban for literally no reason. There is no way to argue why you have been banned and not even a specific reason given when a ban occurs and you are unable to reach out to an admin as no one ever replies.
Other things that could be improved - do not end streams when another app is swiped onto as accidents can end streams causing to restart.
Allow Vs to have toggles to stay paired with someone rather then continue pressing yes every 2 minutes.
Increase box size from 5 to 10.
