Very Beautiful & Thoughtful Interface and Very User Friendly
This new update has a Very Beautiful & Well-Thought-out user friendly interface. Every design element is well thought through and laid out. Perfect spacing between design elements and the right font size used appropriately. The colour scheme for the design elements is just right and perfect. Everything just looks great and works as expected. Money transfer process is now much easier and user friendly. There’s a lot good things I can say about this new update but let me stop here for now. The new app is indeed a breath of fresh air. This new update is by far the VERY BEST I have ever seen on the GTBANK app! Kudos GTBANK and to your software engineers, UI & UX team and your entire mobile application development team. You guys have done a truly incredible work. God bless you all!
Security issue
Device cannot be registered The application keeps telling I have poor internet connection in the screen for the OTP validation The CUstomer onboarding journey does not seem to be clear enough. The application education UI is not captivating ------------------------------------ I have just been able to register the device. I think the problem is with the pin creation service as the token option allows you to register the device (weirdly I expected for the app to validate my token, it never did) I guess the token will be validated at the point of transaction (oops, I can bypass that by using the fingerprint) In conclusion, you need to review the end to end process of the apps security model. Talk to me and I can make some recommendations

Very smooth and Seamless
Excellent new 2023 GTWorld App. Very smooth, quick and reliable. Although I had to travel to Nigeria to resolve my post-update log-in problems, the new experience has been seamless and commendable. Paying a new person is also so much easy. My UK number also works well with the new App, very unlike before where I can only use a Nigerian number. I wish I can save beneficiary before concluding the transaction because most of the time I’ll click on done before realising that I didn’t select “save beneficiary”. You can also make “saving beneficiary” a default/auto opt-in.
