Really struggling to contact support
Just to say my problem has been solved, albeit twice. I understand there is now a bug fix for the problem below. Thanks for fixing my issue so quickly! The app is truly amazing for learning guitar.
I’ve been paying £9.95 a month to access this and I love it. However, the app now tells me I have no subscription even though I just paid two days ago.
It also then wants me to sign up for a new free trial but then to pay £17 a month for the premium app access.
What is actually happening? I’m going to give the developer a few days to contact me from this before I cancel my membership and get a refund. No use having paid if I can’t access it or access the support tab when I need help!
Please get in touch- I’m sorry to have to have asked for help this way but there was no other alternative!

The way to go
This has to be the way to go, if your trying to learn guitar this is it ! as we get more songs this will become your most important learning aid, unfortunately this was written when it first came out ,they have since become greedy you now need to pay a monthly fee .
Too many adds!
Nearly every time I open/ exit a new song I get an add come up, one that can not be exited too. Additionally, it always wants me to buy the premium pack, in the three minutes I got the app I got 3 ads and 2 premium pack requests, no matter how many times I clicked NO to the offer, it just came shooting back, which ruined the app for me, also it’s quite hard to follow and I wanted to learn jingle bells as it was near Christmas time, however the only jingle bell option turned out to be a different song completely! 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
Also, this should not be a 4+ as the amount of offers it gives you that include paying large amounts of money overall, a young child could accidentally accept.
