High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) is an incredible system to burn fat fast in only 10-20 minutes.

You will do fast paced movements with and without weights improve your fitness and activate your fat burning system. If you decide to subscribe you will pay the price set for your country, as shown in the app. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

You can cancel your subscription from the Account screen. If you cancel 24 hours before an introductory trial is over then you will not be charged. If you cancel during the month period for which you've already paid (up to 24 hours before the next period starts), your subscription will continue until the end of that period. Subscriptions can be managed by you and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to iTunes Account Settings after purchase.

Total bargain

My boyfriend spends £30 a month on an app from a PT which basically gives him the same content. I downloaded it because I want to build muscle and not be afraid of the weights section of the gym.. (I used to stay in thr cardio section) now I feel pretty confident heading over to weights. My personal favourite thing about this app is that it recommends you what to lift based on what you done on that exercise before… I don’t have to think about it myself. The only suggestions I could make would be like an intro to weights that explains the different results between high reps and low reps and what you should start with etc, because I think there’s a lot of people like myself who literally walk into weights and don’t have a clue what any of it means. Also.. maybe a few more abs? But I absolutely love this app ❤️💪

The best work out app I have found

I have used this app for about 2 years. Recently, after I found a bug in one of the workouts, I thought maybe I should give some other apps ago ( the bug may of been because of my really old phone). So I tried a few other recommend apps and after 2 frustrating weeks I am back to Gym Plan. The user interface is the best and if you do pay for membership you get simply they best selection of exercise programs. Even with lockdown restrictions they still provide challenging body weight work outs to be done at home. On top of that, there is an ever expanding selection. I can’t recommend this app enough.

Easy to use, follow and get results from!

This app is brilliant for anyone, I’ve found it especially useful for me as I’m new to working out again.

You can browse hundreds of already made workouts for what kind of workout you want (including what equipment you have to hand) and create your own workout plan or choose an already made one. It records your workout days, rest days and what workouts have been completed and what are coming up. This keeps me on track!

All the workouts are very easy to follow as you can watch an example video for each exercise which is super clear and very handy. You can also swap the exercise you’re going to do for an alternative one - which I love.

The app takes you through each workout and has reminders for when to do the reps and when to break, this part is great cause it keeps me on track for the best performance in my workout and helps me get everything from it I can.

I’ve already recommended this to my friends who are all at different levels of fitness as it’s brilliant for anyone.
