Best App Ever!
I’ve been a yoga teacher for 10 years, and practiced yoga for 17. Yet no matter how hard I tried, and how many different mediation techniques I tried, I've never been able to get into a regular mediation. That is...until I found this!
This really speaks to me. Despite having a good laugh at it probably first 10-20 times I heard it and shared with people, in the end, when I let it sink in, I have the deepest and most profound states of mediation listening to this. Whether it’s a joke or not, this really works for me on a deep level that I’ll never be able to fully describe in words.
I thank the creators of this from the bottom of my soul.
Effective
I have several meditation apps but this is my go to app for when I’m feeling rage. It is surprisingly effective and calming, and so helpful when dealing with anger from having people trash my plans, misrepresent me, or be plain abusive.
Best app in the world
Honestly, the best app in the world. Well designed, sleek looking, no nonsense and delivering the best meditation I have ever tried. Love Jason Headley’s work.
