Brilliant app for creating new habits

Challenging my self to stretch everyday as a habit is something that I have never being able to stick to. The Habit Coach App has a ton of simple to use tools, in particular the T.E.A. Plan (Tiny Easy Actions) has been a game changer. I have consistently stretched for 17 days straight and it’s getting easier and more enjoyable.
Highly recommended for anyone wanting to break or install a new habit that has previously alluded them.
