Perfectly simple journaling to form good habits

The app at present gives a space to add your daily Tiny Empowering Action (TEA Plan) which takes just a couple of minutes but really encourages you to do that one thing. It is really useful to see what others are saying too as it provides ideas and lets you see the improvement/ impact doing the TEA is having on others.

Once doing your TEA is bedded in, you can start looking at more techniques like 3:1 reflection and will power stories taking the habit forming beyond the one action. You will need the book for some of these items, but its well worth it! Dr Jon Finn has years of research and proven science behind his habit mechanic ideals so it isn't just another journaling app, its different, supportive and helps you flourish the way that works for you.

For just a couple of minutes of your time, its worth giving it a go, I'll be there to like your first TEA plan :)

An excellent self-improvement tool and partner to the book

It’s great to be able to see the author practicing what he preaches on this app and to interact directly with him too. Dr Finn helpfully suggests chapters of the book to refer to and gives real life examples of putting theory into practice. I also like the positivity and openness generated by seeing the other users improving themselves one tiny change at a time and seeing how others have interpreted and use the practical tools delivered in the book. The app has much potential and I look forward to its evolution and development over time. Right now it is an excellent tool which helps me improve my helpful habits and cut through the noise in a distracting 21st century world.

Take control of your life today.

I was struggling with a perfect storm of a ridiculous workload and too little time.
The app helped me refocus by making me go back to basics and by writing my daily TEA plan (tiny everyday actions) and sharing it with the Habit Mechanic community, I got things back under control and my stress level down.
