Terrible! It’s so frustrating! Would not accept any details, date of birth, NI, or passwords. Deleted and tried again twice! Rubbish!
On contacting Halton Housing by phone was told unless emergency ring back on Monday. The amount of people paying rent to you, surely you can have someone in to answer queues at the weekend!
Locked account for months!
The app is pretty unresponsive the majority of the time but it was the quickest way to report a repair. My account has been locked for months despite sending emails and reporting it to the live chat team! Useless!
Absolute waste of time
Who ever designed this app and the website needs to be shot, neither of them ever work so the only option of to ring Halton housing and wait for 40+ minutes to get through
