We created Happier you because we were looking for something to support our mental health everyday. Life has its challenges and sometimes finding someone who understands your experience can make all the difference in the world.

This is why we built something to help you.


The app uses scientifically proven behavioural support (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) techniques to help you when you feel anxious, stressed or may need help with depression.

Research shows that sharing your experiences with others can be highly therapeutic for both you and your peer. Our Community has a range of topics including anxiety, low mood, struggles with weight, dealing with stress and general mental health. Our goal is for you to get support from someone who understands you and can help you get through an emotionally difficult experience based on sharing personal experiences, feelings and coping strategies to gain a sense of community and empowerment.

Our programmes are written by our amazing CBT therapists who have designed a step by step journey guided by easy to follow audio sessions who help you understand more about depression, your triggers and how you can learn to change your negative automatic thoughts. Building mindfulness in your daily routine will also help you reduce stress and anxiety.

Our inner calm section is there for you in times of need to help you with breathing and mindfulness techniques to calm down in any situation.

Exactly what I needed

Working 5 days a week with long hours, can really have a significant toll on the body in terms of stress. Especially by increasing stress levels, this app has really helped me feel more relaxed. Just what I needed!

Living a busy life means I feel stressed and anxious quite often. This app is the perfect pick me up when I’m feeling a bit low! And I can even use it on my commute. CBT is proven to work just as well as medication for many disorders. Thanks Happier You for a great app!
