Pretty useless

All the app does is register whether you record a smiley face or a sad face. It doesn't even let you record your thoughts.

That’s right .. it’s been optimised to be kept super simple.. the key is to become aware of the trend .. which it also shows you .. the micro detail have been shown by our decades or research to get in the way.

What have I done???

This app seems really good in idea form. It's really important to focus ones mind on positive things and to do things to encourage positivity but this app doesn't do much/ work or even come with instructions on what you are meant to do/ how it encourages thought management.

I did want to be positive so I'll write this: this app has taught me to trust the views of others and only pay for applications that have been bought and reviewed favourably by my peers.

Look at that, maybe it does work after all lol!
