Chronic pain, including migraine and recurring headaches, is not only a physical challenge. Often our thoughts and feelings can have an impact on the way we experience pain. For example, when we are stressed or anxious.
In the Happyr app, you share your mood with your pain dragon. In your symptom diary, you get to know your pain dragon and find out what helps to tame it.

I have migraine since a child and used several tracking apps before but this is really cool as I can also track my emotions. I check in several times a day and also soemtimes to see how my mood changes over the weeks and months.
The pain tracker is also helpful. Exported it for my doc once and she also found it helpful.
Fun & helpful way to deal with chronic pain
I really like this app & wish I’d had it when I was growing up. Being able to track the pain as well as my mood & what helped relieve the pain or improve my mood is really helpful. If you’re still trying to work out what helps or not then give this app a try!
Love the dragons and design of the app, but most importantly it’s been really helpful - especially the fact that you can choose questions and answers options for your diaries. The icons are also cool to help me figure out what pain type to put.
