Please fix audio issue

Context is good but my phone must have the app on the screen and phone unlocked to play a audio. Please fix very frustrating.

A disappointed update

Yesterday, I subscribed to the HBR, and I was pleased to notice that I could have access in the app to all past issues of the magazine. This morning, I had a shock. The app got updated, and now you ruined everything. I no longer see any of the past issues. I am very disappointed, to the point that I am considering cancelling the subscription. Why did you do that? Isn’t that in the subscription, the past issues should be accessible? Please address this problem. I’m sure that other customers may have the same frustration.

Big misses

Seems to be some pretty big misses here; when you log in it seems to take several seconds to load content and I’d try to do anything before it loads, you’ll be brought back to the homepage. Saved articles don’t sync with the web version. Articles don’t work if you aren’t connect to the internet, why is this a thing in 2023 when you can download entire albums and podcasts offline?
