Notifications
Are you aware the notifications on your app do not work? I have to open the app to see if a car has been dispatched to pick me up. Not much use when I'm waiting 25 minutes from ordering a car "asap" to actual dispatch and pickup and I have to open the app to check every 2 minutes! I've emailed you this same message and reported it via your telephone answering service and nothing has changed in months of using your app!
Needs some major improvements
App doesn’t work that well to be honest. It takes long for the drivers location to be updated also.. not too mention when you call customer service they are so rude !
Great app
Really good app for quickly ordering and paying for a taxi. Makes life kick easier when you don’t have any cash on you and the fares seem cheaper than if you pay without booking. Definitely recommend.
