Needs for an improvement
The application’s interface needs for more simplification, the total amount summary for the accounts calculations is wrong “ especially if you have accounts with different currencies” it adds up the amounts as it it was all Jordanian diners.
I hope this issue will be fixed and hopefully the application be more simple and user friendly.

User Interface / login issues
User interface outdated compared to competitors (eg Arab & Etihad banks). You need to contact customer support if you do not frequently login to the application which is inconvenient to say the least.
