I have been with Altrix since it started . 3yrs to be ago .Because Altrix is a tech company , this make their recruitment process very straight forward , as long as you have all your documentation ready , the precess; is very fast .The consultant are very professional and efficient, they work with you to get your compliant done . And always give you couple of month advance warning to get your mandatory training done . This is all provided free .They also provide assistance with staff revalidation , and all this can be done from the comfort of your home , if you are organised with your paperwork and good with technology. What I love most about working for Altrix is, the ease at which you can book your shift via the Altrix App, and you can choose shift from any of their hundreds client library all over UK .Payment method is my least favourite, as they will only accept their own list of approved Umbrela company .they do not do PAYE , It will be great if they can do PAYE. As the Tax man can reimburse you any over payment at the end of the year, instead of me having to pay the tax man for underpayment of tax at the end of the Fiancial year . But over all Altrix is a very good and reliable Agency , with lots of available shift , you can work as much or little as you choose .

My experience with ALTRIX so far I can’t say it’s been good. The signing up process was really dragged out and took an unnecessary long time due to phone calls not returned, messages on WhatsApp/emailed unanswered, training cancelled without notification and actions not taken by them. Several times I rang to ask for certain things to be done to try and get things sorted and several times I received the famous answer of “don’t worry we will do that for you right now” and nothing. I was finally cleared for work and 4 weeks after I am still waiting for my ID badge, my uniform and timesheets to be sent out to me again after several phone calls and emails with yet again the “don’t worry we will do that for you right now” It’s a shame as the technology they have for browsing, booking, cancelling shifts and uploading your timesheets seems really good and easy to navigate but from an organisational point of view It’s really not been an impressive journey. My consultant seems lovely and has helped with what she can however everything is still not fully sorted and I commenced my signing up at the beginning of June and it’s now the end of August.

I would like to thank Muhammad for helping me through my registration with Altrix. It was a tough process to be cleared with compliance, I almost felt like giving up half way through however, Muhammad would always send text messages to update me on how close we are to complete registration. He is always there to provide answers to all my concerns and very helpful, his approach was encouraging to continue with registration. He has a calm approach and is a great communicator. I didn't regret having him as my recruitment consultant. I look forward to booking shifts and encourage other colleagues to join Altrix.
