When I first play it it was good but I went in the tornement and the default character is rubbish. All the other characters have sick specials and yours is horrendous. It is impossible to get a character. You play 5-8 matches to 500 points and you've run out already. This game is a knock of. Rating 1 in a half out of 10 . As well as that the only way to score is use the default special or kick it random a beg that it goes in. Would not recommend to friends. Honelsy if anyone plays it make sure to write a review and rat it 1 star. I raged so hard playing this stupid game

Its so difficult to unlock any half decent characters (take Ireland for example), but even Ireland is god awful compared to the characters you play in the head cup, the better character’s power moves are impossible to defend against or counter, how is this fair to play against? Also when you get to the later stages of the leagues or head cup, the hats/costumes/pets the already overpowered characters use make them impossible to beat, without resorting to selling your soul to borrow Ludwig van Beethoven’s nimble fingers for 3 minutes to play this ridiculous game.

Also the leagues make no sense. If I win 17 games in a row but lose game 18, the AI character that beat me in game 18 wins the league even though they have a record (for example) of 14-4. That isn’t how leagues work? It’s already hard enough to graft for new characters without a nonsensical league system undoing 20 minutes of soul selling to play 18 games.

I used to play this game in 2014, and it was pretty good at the time, but now it is so ridiculously, unfairly watered down with pointlessly powerful characters that anyone looking to play this game for the first time should definitely avoid the anguish and play something more enjoyable, because no offence, you don’t stand a chance. I can’t think of any other game where the developers purposely don’t give new players a chance (except dark souls obviously).

The developers need to sort it out and make it more fair for the player

Head ball mode is frustrating, you pay points to enter, win it, for you to have to pick out 3 mystery boxes where the prize is only in one of them. Took me about 8 attempts just to get a costume unlocked for you then to have to spend more points to buy it....

Or you play survival and get to the SS ranks only for the cyborg to be wearing a rank D hat. So you spend hours trying to unlock the best equipment for it to screw you over by giving you the worst equipment on the higher levels.

So it’s good to play now and again but I’ve stopped playing this properly because it would take months of solid playing to unlock everything just in one mode (like a couple hours a day solid).

Considering you still have to pay points to buy the unlocks, it also seems a bit flawed from a developers point of view, if you make it easier to unlock the higher equipment more people are likely to buy the points to buy the items once unlocked.

Not saying make it really easy, just get rid of the lucky dip styled rewards and sort out the survival mode so they are wearing the relevant ranked hats to the ranked level your playing
