Finally a Dr to rely on
Having come stumbled Health at Hand, I de used to give them a go. They really were efficient. I didn’t have to wait long to get seen, and the Dr was very professional and helpful, not worrying my child, and keeping me at ease too. We ordered the medication we were prescribed, and she’s now running around, climbing trees again with her brothers. It’s a no brainer for full peace of mind
Having 2 toddlers, mobilising to get to the Dr is an epic adventure. This app means stressful trips to the clinic for routine complaints will be a thing of the past. The British Dr we saw was lovely, put my mind at ease right away and advised for a simple over the counter remedy. We have signed up to the year long family package that will cover us all for practically pennies. Thank you Health at Hand, you guys are awesome!
Great idea & great service
What I loved about this service - once you are logged in it takes 2 minutes to speak to a doctor! Sometimes you just need some immediate reassurance and you’ve called your usual clinic & the paediatrician is fully booked. Instead you can have a quick phone consult with a British doctor which saves you time & worry!
