LITE!

As it says, this is the lite version. At the rime of writing, the full version costs £2.99/$4.99. Most lite apps are free.

The app also wants to know your location, which has nothing to do with rhe software, merely the authors wanting to know where you are.

Beefs over, this is a nifty bit of kit. The time passes very quickly during the exercises and you can adjust the phases (limited to in for 1, out for 2 OR in for 1, hold for 1, out for 2, in the lite version) and the length of those phases. The app keeps a log (using a lotus flower legend!) of which exercises you've done.

Finally, when you're finished, it just stops, save for a message on the screen. Some audile signal, such as a subtle chime perhaps - rather than just sudden silence - at least on my view. Chances are the silence is to encourage you to stay in a peaceful calm - not great for yang personality types!

It's easy to do and just five minutes a day makes a difference. UI could be better.
