Description
HealthCab by 365 Response is an innovative app designed for patient transport drivers to view, manage and track their shifts and journeys. The app’s simple and intuitive interface lets drivers sign in and out of shifts, view daily shifts and shift times as well as view and interact with available journey runs that are carried out on behalf of a healthcare provider.
Other features of this app include a navigate function that links directly to your device’s satellite navigation, call and chat functions that enables contacting the patient with any journey updates (if the patient’s number is available) and a detailed notes function.
Login details are provided to drivers of healthcare organisations that are eligible to use the app.

Various Issues
This app has lots of issues especially around tracking. The key focus of both the app and system is to track patient transport so dispatch can follow vehicles and select them to the correct job. Seems to often not track vehicles especially on iPhones. Have worked for 3 months with supplier to try and resolve but still no resolution in site.
Slow and unreliable
Use this system at work. In theory it's good and clear but practically cannot sustain many users. It can be incredibly slow and very frustrating in a busy call centre.
