Doesn’t only work for football
I started using this when my daughter joined a new football team and it was the way they communicated. It was so much easier than the ‘what’s app’ method that was previously used and that I ended up having to mute due to the constant wishes of ‘happy birthday’ and ‘well done’ and as a consequence important information regarding matches got lost.
I have now recommended using it for a brass band I am part of. It is in many ways like a football team - instead of training we have rehearsals and instead of matches we have performances. It’s an excellent way to communicate clearly with a large group of people and for them to access the information they need easily at their fingertips
Saves so much admin time!
We’ve started using Heja this season so that we can keep track of training sign ups, and it’s been a huge help! Previously training sessions were more casual, people could just show up but under the current circumstances we need to know numbers in advance and allocate players into sub-groups for each week.
We were a little nervous about trying to get people used to this new system but Heja has made it so much easier. The app is very intuitive and simple to navigate, and it’s been particularly helpful for communicating with parents of our fast growing junior section.
Definitely recommend to any other teams who are needing a way to manage sign ups!
Great Communication Tool
We were first introduced to Heja when we joined a Pickleball Club in Bury St Edmunds. When my husband and I started a PB club in our village, I knew straight away that Heja was the way to go! With 29 members, it’s a huge help in communicating with everyone and being able to see who is attending which session. I’m currently using the basic Heja app, haven’t yet felt the need for more options on Heja Pro. That might just happen at a later date. I’d highly recommend giving it a go, it is easy to download and set up!
