The newest version of the Hellenic Bank Mobile App allows you to receive immediate loan application approvals, with options to accept or withdraw final offers and the ability to apply for home and tenant insurance from the products menu. Furthermore, it includes enhancements in payments and a number of fixes and updates to enhance your banking experience.

Useless application where you can’t even Perform the basic
We live in 2021 where there are banks that fully work remotely and Hellenic Bank still strangles to adapt with the current technology. Can you explain to me why you use technology if it only works half of the time? I am trying to add my card to apple pay because after using it for a month it is declined everywhere, after speaking with customers service the advice me to delete the card and add it again but when doing so the card needs to be verified and this can only happen over the phone but the customer service advisor cannot assist me with this because the do not have access to accounts. What’s the purpose of the application if I cannot perform basic needs. Besides that when I need a virtual card to pay for an online transaction I need to do that through web banking as it is not supported through the mobile app, which is not convenient at all.

Review
From bad to worse. Not only it does not allow use in two devices eg mob and pad but have constant changes. I dislike the app so I use the old system . To day HB cut access to the old system from iPad devices. No notice no warning. Only option left the mob app. I go through the procedure to access it on the iPad , I try to pay my card and the response is I do not have a designated account to pay from ! I’ve had an account for the last 25 years! Now a system decides I don’t ... sorry HB THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
