The app is available for cleaners working with Helpling in France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, United Kingdom, Ireland, Singapore, Switzerland and Australia.

Good company, app not so great.
I like the concept. I don’t get many offers though and when I do, by the time I get to the app - usually within the hour, someone has beat me to it.
The app seems very outdated / basic, I’ve fed this back several times.
I just hope Helpling check all the details of the customer the same way they check the details of the cleaner. I’ve had some untruthful / weird acting customers before. I’ve later found that their review name has changed to Account Terminated, so that May suggest not.
They’ve also increased the payout times. You used to get paid on a Wednesday for a clean you did on Saturday. Now it’s the following Saturday or even the Monday after that.
I also once had an issue with a customer who’s payment failed and Helpling had no way of obtaining the payment from them. They should authorise the amount of the clean then take it on completion of the clean.
If that customer had decided not to pay or continued to have no funds (I think that was the issue), then I probably wouldn’t have been paid to this date.
I do think Helpling take way too much commission for one off cleans though. I’ve now turned them off. Helpling take almost 60% of my the one off clean fee which I don’t think it’s fair.
All in all, it’s a good company. Perhaps you need to live in certain areas to get a steadier stream of customers. It can be a good part time income.
Stay clear of these people *SCAM*
Stay clear seems like a scam, i completed a three hour clean for my first job on the 8th of April and have yet to receive payment for this job. Helping have been no help at all the communication is really bad, they say they will call you back but never do. I will be making a complaint to the ombudsman as this is not acceptable.
After I signed up they texted me asking for my bank account and since then the app keeps saying “We're reviewing your documents”
