Phenomenal game BUT
I’ve played a lot of similar games to this and I think it’s a lot easier to assess which minion card you want to power up when you can see if you’ve got enough of the same card to level up. Rather than having to go into the card specs to see it.
Should be presented on the card in the collection screen.
Also, having small character model changes to show when for example racers get to level 3 to have more dazzling or dangerous looking equipment. These little things make levelling up all units that much more rewarding!
A Barneyowl review
The update brought a brief spell of fair matchmaking and quick, balanced games. Alas the Heroic curse continues to haunt this otherwise extraordinary game. Yet again, my level 6 portal comes face to face with superior opponents whom proudly sport portals levels higher than my own. Tonight alone I stood defiantly against a horde of level 10 opponents until eventually I could take the one-sided punishment no longer. I watched helplessly as my hard-earned trophies slipped frustratingly through my grasp, stolen from me by my apparent equal trophied adversary’s. This rollercoaster of an app brings weeks of untold joy, sadly marred by patches of dismay. My final verdict of 4 stars will perhaps sting Nordeus, as I’m sure fans around the world have sent this game to the feared app graveyard, out of the very same grievance.

Fantastic game
I’ve been playing for a few months now, not getting bored at all, the gameplay is a brilliant mixture of tower defence and RPG, which makes for some brilliant nail biting fights. Bid thanks all involved.
