Call forwarding unanswered, busy or out of range calls will use your bundled minutes or be charged at your landline calling rate depending on your Mobile Carrier plan.

When you subscribe to the PRO plan, a payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The app is brilliant but I had one problem with activating and customer services haven’t helped yet. They should charge for the app then I would feel better at complaining because the app is brilliant and free
Avoid at all costs!
Do not download this app on your phone unless you want to lose your voicemails without being forced to subscribe to a monthly fee. The App completely takes over from your existing Voicemail account, however, without the subscription it will only allow you access to a few messages so you cannot access the rest. Also, the app uses Siri to convert the voice message to text and this is pretty dreadful and full of inaccuracies. Finally, i’ve been trying to unsubscribe from the service for the past 10 days completely unsuccessfully because nobody responds and you can’t do it from the app it would appear. Just a dreadful experience all round. Avoid at all costs!
Great customer service
I had a slight problem with the app and so contacted the company. They got back to me immediately! How often does that happen? Not very often in my experience. Very very impressive!
The problem was dealt with without a hitch.
Great app - does what it says on the tin! And the customer service is much better than I’ve come to expect.
