Version 1.8
The new version of Hidden bar release with a bunch of features and bugs fixed
New mode: Use the full menu bar on expanding. Users with a small screen like MacBook Air, MacBook Pro 13 inch going to happy with this feature ( thanks many people raise the idea and correct the function name, you know it you :) )
Always hidden feature now doesn’t require restarting the app.
We also add a tutorial for the "Always hidden" feature.
New icons for the app, more consistent with the latest macOS (thank @p-z-l)
The Vietnamese language now supported.

Almost perfect
I like my clock on the menu bar to show the day of the month, along with the time. But when you "hide" icons it seems to truncate the clock to hide the day of month, which also causes the icon of this app to then move along the menu bar and is no longer under my mouse.
Other than this, it's brilliant! Wish it could turn off that silly notification centre for me too. Such a pointless feature by Apple.
Simple and reliable
I've used a few apps that let you hide menu bar items, and they were either too expensive and complicated, or cheap but unreliable.
Hidden Bar seems to hit the sweet spot: its cheap and simple to set up, but with extra customisation options available if you need them, and, most importanly, it just works – I don't think I've ever had it bug out or crash on me. Its also minimal and blends seamlessly into the OS, making it look like a native feature.
Simply put, a perfect little app.
Great app but would like a little more customisation
Fantastic at hiding all the nonsense that appears up in the menu bar but i'd like just a tiny bit more customisation if possible. Just to be able to do things like keep the date as well as the day & time.
