Our VPN connects and operates in countries with traffic filtering. In this update, we have added our own unique feature: "Chameleon-2" and "Combination-4" for OpenVPN UDP. Enabled by default. This significantly increases the speed and security of the connection.

It used to work
I don’t know who is at fault, this app or iOS. It used to work fine for years now despite having internet connection it gets frozen for some minutes randomly and always at the worst moment. I had to uninstall and give up. Also all third party apps now are against the use of vpn and im tired of turning it off when i want to use them. So bye bye vpn. Enjoy the 7 months i paid you and wont be using. This serves me right for signing to a subscription. Never again.

Have you tried changing the VPN protocol in Settings - Advanced? This gives you a different VPN experience. Could you try OpenVPN and IKEv2 to compare them? Also try disabling the Kill Switch option if it interferes with your internet.
This app is not working! Support is useless
This app was working 1st month, when it came to the next one I tried to pay for this and it failed 5 times! After a few days I realized I was charged but never get to use them as it did not work. App Store refused to refund me! Madness, I would not recommend them to anyone as their support is a robotic response and they are unable to read!
